Quilled on this beautiful day of May 25, 2004
As I explore more through time’s turbulent door ...
Alas, as I enter mystical myriad of middle age ~
Tender youth fades, yet not so emerging grays.
And I wage that ye may find within this page ~
Insight from an arcane spirit, becoming a sage.
Ah, whence mine past and present finally meet ~
Journey hath taken its toll, as soul becomes whole.
For karmic debt hath been deemed as complete ~
Erstwhile eternity's ebb enters towards this old soul.
O, mine days that were manifested in dreams ago ~
Reveal a litany of lives labyrinth that I humbly know.
I bid adieu, in search of one splendorous and new ~
Abandoning bygone burdens mine soul verily towed.
Alas, I shalt now grasp mine hallowed hourglass ~
To witness its golden grains of life predictably pass.
For all that is and was of mine life, venerably vast ~
Is merely hours cast inside this gilded ghost of glass.
I am but a voyager o’er vortices of space and time ~
Harbored in body hosts and ghosts, unfamiliar to mine.
I hath been on distant worlds encircling myriad of suns ~
Now I reside on Earth, where mine new life hath begun.
From crossing Sahara’s dunes to translating Celtic runes ~
I be mercenary on quest, whose lifespan is second guessed
By those who question prose of one from universe’s room ~
As I enter and exit Earth soon, offering His messages bless’d.
Yea, one life follows yet another through the cosmic door ~
And I knowest that more await me, to enter and explore.
For I must pay homage to mine brothers through eternity ~
As this be hallowed key to setting one’s precious soul free.
Time hosts no past or present; nay, she views two as one ~
As I journey from present to primitive, for time is relative.
And she views all as same, bathed by our universal suns ~
And moons as cosmic martyr, while her craft she charters.
Alas, time sails, without fail, towards our universe's end ~
Yet the Fates, her friends, portend a friendly future for all
If we heed the call and strive towards unity of humanity ~
For a universal utopia to form, while new worlds are born.
Sweet mystery of life need not grieve, like widowed wife ~
As she passes illume torch to one new in our cosmic course.
It is through time's paradigm that all become one with life ~
For there is much more than this bestowed by Divine Force.
As I gaze into rise of morn-kissed sun, I knowest I hath won ~
Mine mercenary quest for those to heed verse of a visionary
Who prays someday woeful world will come to realization ~
That if world peace is attained, souls will gain emancipation.
In this lifetime of mine fine, I am paying off a karmic debt ~
And once this mission hath been met, sadly, I shalt not return.
For what mine spirit learned is lesson from dues I hath paid ~
Welcoming peace, for a unified world will have been made.
Merely one page from a sage, who soon pays her karmic wage ...
