J. Schroeder Engineering has been designing printed circuit boards since 1987.

Our services include:

        Creating printed circuit board schematics using Altium’s PCAD software.
        Designing single to multilayer circuit boards with surface mount and/or through
           hole components using Altium’s PCAD software.
        All designs are verified using netlist comparison check and design rules
           check (DRC).
        We generate manufacturing and assembly files:

                                         GERBER
                                         Drill
                                         DXF
                                         Aperture
                                         ASCII
                                         Component Location
                                         Glue Dot Location
                                         Pick and Place Location

        We create and maintain component library symbols and patterns according to IPC
           specs.
        All boards are designed for manufacturability and testability.
        We also provide a Microsoft Excel bill of material.
        We can draw two dimensional component drawings using AutoCAD 2000LT.
        We also design parametric component drawings in Microsoft Excel and Word
           including AutoCAD embedded drawings.

Some of our present clients are ThyssenKrupp Elevator, CompuAid Printed Circuit Design and ALFII.
