Is my heartfelt message for husbands and all significant others.
Hold your wives and girlfriends in highest reverence, brothers.When you gain her affection, take care to preserve it ~
Lest others persuade her that you may not deserve it.
And work diligently to heighten the joys of her life ~
Pray you adore not deplore her, for she is your wife.If in judgment she errs, confide without haughty pride ~
'Tis the province of those insolent fools you shall deride.
For a husband's first praise is as her friend and protector.
Lo, change not these titles nor become her tyrant or hector.Privilege yourself to be neat with her, unaffectedly clean ~
In her eyes, you are her world and the man of her dreams.
Choose books for her wisely, from which to mold her mind ~
So she is emulated by those who excel ‘mongst her kind.Her lilting voice resonates in gentle whisper she loves you ~
Her breath a promise for life as your dutiful wife, ever true.
She, of most angelic face, is your embrace of vermissilitude ~
While your table she doth grace with a bounty of good food.When the nebulous night cascades ere softly towards ground ~
World, once rushed becomes hushed and devoid of all sound.
Her priceless thoughts of you run rampant ‘mongst dreams ~
Vision of you two as a team walking o’er stream crystalline.While her love for you is cast, as tempest of time does pass ~
Know in her eyes she views you as royalty of lexicon loyalty.
For within desire of her bless’d sire, her passion pounds true ~
Marveling both majesty and magic ‘midst the king within you.In mind, body and spirit, she remains evermore by your side ~
Wiping tears, through golden years, 'til destined hour to die.
In her myriad of stars, indeed, you beam as brightest by far ~
Your wife unconditionally adores you for who you really are.Her glorious grace framed with fairest face knows her place ~
By your side, while you be noble as her guardian and guide.
While you two craft your hearth nest, welcoming blessed guest ~
Your heart imparts she views only you as one of Christ’s best.Be now dogma and religion the principal cares of your life ~
As the Lord has blessed you with beautiful children and wife.
So you, so fortunate in your marriage, will treasure true end ~
And discover in your precious wife, a companion and friend.
